In addition, there are special pricing at times that might be missed. One way to illustrate this is to consider the purchase of an airplane ticket for your next vacation. If you tell the travel agent or provide the on-line quote tool wrong information, you will be disappointed. If tell the travel agent you want to buy a ticket but refuse to give them the destination, you will have a very frustrating ticket buying experience. If you give them wrong information--say that you are flying to Miami in December and you really want to go to Fairbanks in July, you will not get the correct pricing. And, you may miss out on specials that you could have seen had you given the travel agent the correct destination.
